The pages are plain cardstock or paper with no pockets or adhesive strips, so any instant or printed photo fits, and there is room for a signature or a note beside each one. Attachment supplies are not included; a pack of photo corners on the signing table is all you need.

Instant prints (Polaroid, Instax Mini, Instax Square) and small printed photos. The Small book measures 8.65″ × 6″ closed and the Large 12.15″ × 8.6″; the pages sit a little inside the covers. Check your print size and plan the layout before you choose: the Large book leaves room for a photo and a longer note on the same page.

85 lb cardstock (white, cream or black) is the thick, durable choice for instant photos and marker pens. 30 lb standard paper (white only) suits handwritten notes and signatures, for a book used more like a classic guest book. Both are chosen on the product page, with the sheet count.

Three wood colors: Jacobean (dark), Hazelnut (warm mid-brown) and Natural (light). The design is laser engraved, not printed: on Natural and Hazelnut it appears dark brown, on Jacobean it appears light cream against the dark wood. Grain and tone vary a little from board to board, so the photos are a close guide, not an exact match.

The artwork of the design you pick, plus the lines you type in the builder: names, a family name, a date or a heading, depending on the book. We engrave exactly what you type, nothing added and nothing removed, so check spelling, capitalization and punctuation. The illustration is part of the design; for a different illustration or a substantially different layout, message us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

One personalized book with the paper you chose. The photos, cameras, photo corners, pens, ribbons and gift cards in the pictures are not included. Black or gold signing markers can be added in the builder at $3.50 each and ship with the book.

Every book is made to order in 1–3 business days, ships free by FedEx or UPS express with tracking and arrives in about 3–4 business days; US orders have no import fees. For a wedding or a dated event, order 3–4 weeks ahead to leave room for a proof. Before Halloween, Christmas and the other big dates, the order-by date is shown on the photo guest book pages. Please give a street address: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes.

If the engraving does not match what you entered or approved, or the book arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake it free. Personalized books cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a typo in the entry, so please read your lines twice before checkout.
