You could say ASC Gifts started long before we ever opened an online store.
It began in a small family workshop, with the sound of sandpaper on wood, a kettle whistling in the corner, and our dad patiently showing us how to respect every grain of timber. We grew up watching him turn simple planks of wood into something people would hang in their homes for years.
Names, dates, little love notes pencilled on the back of a sign – all those details stayed with us. Some families pass down recipes; ours passed down sawdust and a love for handmade things.

Years later, when friends started asking us to make “just one little sign” for a wedding, an engagement party or a baby shower, we realised this wasn’t just a hobby anymore.
One custom wedding guestbook led to the next, and then to family name signs, nursery name signs, and anniversary gifts.
Every order came with a new story, and we found ourselves obsessed with telling those stories in wood.That’s how ASC Gifts was born – a small family business run by siblings (and supervised by our cat, Porsuk, who firmly believes he is the real CEO).
Our dad still pops into the workshop, giving advice on carpentry tricks that YouTube will never teach.
Between us, someone is always sketching new designs, testing new stains, or arguing over which font feels more “forever” on a wedding sign.From the beginning, we decided one thing: we don’t just sell products, we make keepsakes.

Our days are a mix of design files and wood shavings.One of us talks to customers, answering questions about sizes, colours, and fonts.Another is in the workshop, gluing, painting, sealing and packing.Someone is always running after Porsuk, who chooses the most inconvenient boxes to sit in – usually the ones we’re about to ship.We also know that ordering personalized gifts online can feel risky.
