ASC Gifts is a small family business – we design, cut, sand and pack everything ourselves in our workshop. Every piece is touched by real people (and occasionally supervised by our cat, Porsuk), not a big factory line.

We create personalized wooden pieces such as wedding guestbook alternatives, welcome signs, family name signs, nursery name signs and special occasion gifts. Most items are made-to-order so they can be tailored to your names, dates and style.

A book with engraved wooden front and back covers, a vegan leather spine and metal screw-post binding, and blank pages inside. Guests take an instant photo, attach it to a page and write a line beside it. Use it as a wedding or party guest book, or fill it yourself and give it as a gift for Christmas, Mother’s Day or a milestone.

With photo corners or photo-safe double-sided tape. The pages are plain cardstock or paper with no pockets or adhesive strips, so any instant or printed photo fits, and there is room for a signature or a note beside each one. Attachment supplies are not included; a pack of photo corners on the signing table is all you need.

Instant prints (Polaroid, Instax Mini, Instax Square) and small printed photos. The Small book measures 8.65″ × 6″ closed and the Large 12.15″ × 8.6″; the pages sit a little inside the covers. Check your print size and plan the layout before you choose: the Large book leaves room for a photo and a longer note on the same page.

Paper is counted in sheets; both sides are usable and blank, with no lines, prompts or dated sections. 85 lb cardstock comes with 25, 40 or 55 sheets, 30 lb standard paper with 45 or 60 sheets. Count roughly one page per guest or family who will add a photo, and take the next sheet count up for a big party.

85 lb cardstock (white, cream or black) is the thick, durable choice for instant photos and marker pens. 30 lb standard paper (white only) suits handwritten notes and signatures, for a book used more like a classic guest book. Both are chosen on the product page, with the sheet count.

Three wood colors: Jacobean (dark), Hazelnut (warm mid-brown) and Natural (light). The design is laser engraved, not printed: on Natural and Hazelnut it appears dark brown, on Jacobean it appears light cream against the dark wood. Grain and tone vary a little from board to board, so the photos are a close guide, not an exact match.

The artwork of the design you pick, plus the lines you type in the builder: names, a family name, a date or a heading, depending on the book. We engrave exactly what you type, nothing added and nothing removed, so check spelling, capitalization and punctuation. The illustration is part of the design; for a different illustration or a substantially different layout, message us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Yes, free on request. Ask for it in Additional Notes in the builder and we email a digital proof within a business day. You have 48 hours to approve it or ask for changes; if we do not hear back, we go ahead with the proof shown so your order keeps moving.

A vegan leather spine in Ivory, Navy Blue, Black, Cherry Red, Forest Green, Turquoise or Espresso Brown, and screw posts in gold, black or silver. Every combination is available on every book at no extra cost.

One personalized book with the paper you chose. The photos, cameras, photo corners, pens, ribbons and gift cards in the pictures are not included. Black or gold signing markers can be added in the builder at $3.50 each and ship with the book.

The standard paper is made for pen notes and signatures; the cardstock takes photos and marker pens. Our black and gold signing markers are made for the pages: add them in the builder, and let the ink dry before the book is closed.

Yes. Many customers add their own photos and notes and give the book full; others give it blank for the next gathering. Add a gift message at checkout and we put it on a card and leave the prices out of the package.

Every book is made to order in 1–3 business days, ships free by FedEx or UPS express with tracking and arrives in about 3–4 business days; US orders have no import fees. For a wedding or a dated event, order 3–4 weeks ahead to leave room for a proof. Before Halloween, Christmas and the other big dates, the order-by date is shown on the photo guest book pages. Please give a street address: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes.

Keep it away from damp and direct sun, wipe the covers with a soft dry cloth, and let marker ink dry before you close it. Wood is a natural material, so a little variation in grain and tone is normal.

If the engraving does not match what you entered or approved, or the book arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake it free. Personalized books cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a typo in the entry, so please read your lines twice before checkout.

We mainly use high-quality Baltic birch and other carefully selected woods, as well as raised 3D letters for many of our designs. All pieces are cut, sanded and finished by hand in our workshop.

Because every piece of wood is unique, grain patterns and slight color variations are normal and part of the charm of a handmade item. We aim to keep the overall look and tone as close as possible to the listing photos.

Our signs are made to be sturdy enough for events and long-term display indoors. If you plan to use them outdoors, we recommend keeping them under cover and away from direct rain or extreme weather.

Yes, almost all of our products are designed to be personalized. You can add names, dates, locations, quotes and more – just follow the personalization instructions on the product page when you order.

On each product page there is a personalization box or note area. Please type your names, dates, wording and any special requests exactly as you’d like them to appear and double-check spelling before checkout.

Yes, on request. Ask for a free digital proof in the order notes and we email a digital proof of your names, date and font within a business day. You'll have 48 hours after we email your proof to approve it or request changes; if we don't hear from you within that time, we'll proceed with the design shown in your proof to keep your order moving.

Absolutely. You can ask for font changes, layout tweaks, small icons or simple design adjustments during the proof stage. If a change requires a completely new design or extra work, we’ll let you know before proceeding.

In many cases we can get very close. You’re welcome to upload a clear photo or file of your invitation, monogram or logo and we’ll adapt the design to fit the style as best as possible.

Yes. If you have a specific idea in mind – a different size, layout or completely new concept – please contact us with your inspiration photos and details. We’ll let you know what’s possible and send a quote.

Every piece is made to order in 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). If you ask for a digital proof, it adds about a day, plus up to 48 hours if you take the full window to reply; production starts when you approve it or when that window ends. Peak wedding season can add a day or two; we will tell you if it does.

We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your event to allow time for proof approval, production and shipping. For busy seasons (spring/summer weddings and holidays), earlier is always better.

Yes. Choose Rush order & express shipping at checkout (US$27.75; £21 to the UK). We make your order in 1 business day and ship it express the next business day; delivery then takes 2–3 business days.

Delivery dates are the carrier's estimates. We can't be responsible for carrier delays.

Have a firm event date? Message us before you order and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Yes, within 6 hours of placing your order. You can change the names, date, size or color, or cancel, free of charge: email us or use the chat with your order number. After 6 hours your sign may already be cut, so changes may be limited and cancellations may not be possible.

Every order is handmade in our workshop and shipped with FedEx or UPS. Shipping is free express to every country we ship to; the available countries are shown at checkout.

About 3–4 business days after your order ships, with tracking. Add our 3-business-day production time to estimate arrival: most orders are at your door within about a week of ordering.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Because personalized items are made specially for you and cannot be resold, they’re generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Non-personalized items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If we make an error on spelling, colour or design that doesn’t match the personalization you entered or approved, or if your sign arrives damaged, we remake it free. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can help quickly.

We pack every order carefully, but if your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and contact us right away. We’ll work with you and the carrier to find a solution and send a replacement if needed.

Personalized pieces are created just for you, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or typos provided by the customer. If you’re unsure about anything, please ask before ordering – we’re happy to help.

You can use our Custom Order page or the contact form to tell us about your idea. Please include your event date, size, colours, wording and any reference photos; we’ll respond with options, pricing and next steps.

Yes, we love working with professionals. If you’re interested in repeat orders, styled shoots or wholesale/bulk pricing, please reach out with details about your business and the quantities you have in mind.

Of course. You can add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll print or handwrite it on a card and exclude pricing from the package. Many customers send our pieces directly as wedding, housewarming or baby gifts.

Keep your piece indoors, away from direct sunlight, high humidity and extreme heat. You can gently dust it with a dry, soft cloth; harsh cleaners or lots of water are not recommended.

We generally recommend high-quality paint pens or archival markers designed for non-porous surfaces. Test your pen on a small hidden area or scrap piece first to make sure it doesn’t bleed.

Yes. Shipping to the EU is free express, with delivery in about 3–4 business days after dispatch and tracking on every parcel.

US orders have no import fees. For orders shipped into the EU, UK, Canada or other countries, local customs duties or VAT may be charged by your country’s authorities before delivery. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility; we recommend checking your local rules if you are unsure.
