Round signs: 18" for up to 25 guests, 24" for 50, 28" for 80 and 32" for 120. Rectangular boards: 16" × 24" for about 45 guests and 21" × 32" for about 90. You choose the size on the product page; the guide above shows them side by side.
No. The price is for the guest book sign itself. The matching wooden stand and the “Please sign our guestbook” mini sign are optional add-ons you can tick on the product page.
We make your sign to order within 3 business days, then ship it free by express with FedEx or UPS. Delivery takes about 3–4 business days after dispatch, with tracking by email. Need it sooner? Message us on WhatsApp with your date before ordering.
The font in the photos is included. If you’d like a different one, tick “Choose a different font” (+$2) on the product page and pick from 37 fonts; the font applies to the name only. Use the preview link to see your name in every style before you order.
Yes, on request. Ask for a free digital proof in the notes and we email a digital proof of your names, date and font within a business day. Production starts once you approve it; font, layout and small design changes are free at that stage. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we make the sign as shown in the proof.
Close, but never identical. Every board has its own grain and knots, and each one takes stain a little differently. Small tone differences are part of a real wooden sign.
Send us a photo within a few days of delivery and a new sign ships right away, at our cost. Personalized pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind, so please double-check names and dates before ordering.
US orders have no import fees. Outside the US, your country may charge duties or VAT before delivery; these are paid by the recipient.
