The sign that greets your guests at the ceremony, with every word standing off the board. “WELCOME”, the line beneath it, your names and your date are all cut as raised 3D letters and mounted on a Baltic birch board; nothing is engraved. Made to order in our family workshop.
What you get
- 9 mm Baltic birch board with every word in raised 3D letters (4 mm MDF): “WELCOME”, the line under it, your names and your date
- 12 wood colors plus a solid white painted board, and 8 letter colors including metallic finishes; your letter color is used for every raised piece
- Your names in the font shown in the photos, or one of 37 other fonts; “WELCOME”, the line and the date keep the lettering style in the photos
- Two sizes, for an easel at the entrance or the welcome table; add the Wooden Stand and it stands on its own — the stand comes with a free wall hanger for hanging the sign at home afterwards

Personalize it in the builder
Choose your Size, Back Sign Wood Color (Solid White is at the end of the list) and 3D Raised Letter Color, add the Wooden Stand if you’d like it, then type your Names or Last Name and your Wedding Date. Line Under Welcome is optional: leave it blank and we cut “to our Forever”, or type your own, for example “to our Wedding”. Tick Choose a Different Font (+$2) to pick a font for the names from the Font Style list. Use Additional Notes for layout wishes or to ask for a free digital proof. We make every sign exactly as typed, so please read your entries twice.
Included, shipping and care

You receive the personalized sign on its own; the stand (with its free wall hanger) is included only when you add it in the builder, and the easel, flowers and table styling in the photos are not included. Every sign is made to order in 3 business days, ships with free express shipping to the US, Canada, the UK and the EU, and is delivered in about 3–4 business days. Some lifestyle scenes are AI-generated; the sign in them is our real product.
Keep it indoors, away from direct sunlight, and dust it with a soft dry cloth.
Wood is a natural material: grain and tone vary a little from board to board, so the swatches and photos are a close guide, not an exact match.

Made to order in 3 business days, then free express shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery takes about 3–4 business days after your order ships, with tracking by email. Order today and it arrives in about 6–7 business days.

Your order is protected
Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged or does not match what you typed, send us a photo within a few days of delivery and a new one ships right away, at our cost.

US orders: no import fees. Outside the US, duties or VAT may be charged by your country before delivery.
Digital proof & changes
Want to see it first? Ask for a free digital proof in Additional Notes and we email a digital proof of your names, date and font within a business day. Production starts once you approve it; font, layout and small design changes are free at that stage. If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we make your sign as shown in the proof.
