Do you include the stand with the guestbook?
No. The price is for the round wooden guestbook sign only. Any stands, easels or décor shown in the photos are for styling and can be added separately if offered as an option on the page.
Can I choose the font?
Yes. You can choose a font from our font preview link on the product page. If you don’t select a font, we’ll use the main font shown in the first image.
Will thin fonts be a problem when laser cutting?
Some very thin fonts are slightly thickened for production so the letters adhere well to the wood and stay durable over time. We always keep the style as close as possible to your chosen font.
Will you correct my text or add words like “the” or “EST”?
No. We prepare every order exactly as it’s submitted. We don’t add “the”, “EST”, apostrophes, plurals or fix grammar automatically. Please double-check names, dates and wording before you place your order.
Will I see a digital proof before you make it?
If you request a proof, we’ll email it to you for approval. You’ll have 24 hours to approve or request changes. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we’ll go ahead and make your sign according to the proof.
Will the wood grain and texture look exactly like the pictures?
Not exactly. Each piece of wood has its own natural grain, knots and small imperfections. These variations are normal and are part of the rustic, handcrafted look.
Will the wood color match what I see on my screen?
Colors can appear slightly different from screen to screen, and each board takes stain a little differently. Your sign will be made in the color you choose, but small tone differences are normal with real wood.
What is the “Please Sign Our Guestbook” (PSOG) sign?
It’s a small matching sign you can place next to the guestbook so guests know where to sign. It’s not automatically included; if you’d like it, please select it as an add-on when available.
Can I request a custom order or change the layout?
Yes. We’re happy to adjust layout, wording, size or stain color where possible. If you have a specific idea, send us a message before ordering and we’ll let you know what we can do.
